Updated the summon items with the three new summon items. Added the masks to the forme change items.

I will be adding the new tera shards tables and the new tournament tokens on Wednesday since that will be the only day this week I am really available on this site since this week is my birthday. :D

Decided to update the tables early since I apparently had time! Added the new token and also fixed one of the tables there that I realized was off.
Added a new section for tera shards. There's only three tables there so far but one is the autohide tables in case someone wants that. As per usual, if there's any problems, let me know!
