Zoroarkite Q bug

Both my friend and I tried mega evolving both a hisian form and normal form zoroarc but the option to mega evolve never showed. After giving it to the pokemon we tried refreshing the page, trying in the party, in a field, in its specific page and yet it didn't work. At this point what we assumed was just bugging out. I was able to mega evolve my glaceon so I'm not quite sure what went wrong.

Seems to be working for me. I take it this isn't what you're seeing? (Also for the record Hisuian Zoroark doesn't have a mega so the Zoroarkite wouldn't work on that one either way)

Having a guess at who your friend is based on your trade history, they don't even have Mega Evolution unlocked, so that's not gonna work either.
