The forms for Giritina are the normal forme that you see on Diamond and Pearl, then there is the origin forme which you see in Platinum, last there is what is called the another forme which is what you get when you trade Giritina to Diamond or Pearl from Platinum.

The forms for Shaymin are the land forme and the sky forme

To see these forms go to http://www.serebii.net and look on the top left for DPPt pokedex and just use the scroll boxes to look at any Pokemon’s form in Platinum and Diamond and Pearl along with TMs and HMs that the Pokemon can learn, its special ability, where its located in each game including: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FR&LG, Colosseum, XD, and D&P&Pt. and pretty much any other info you want to know about the Pokemon plus the site gives updates on Platinum and other Pokemon news.

Yes, I have heard of these forms. These two forms are called Sky Forms. I have seen both pictures on the Serebii Website. I wonder who the new Frontier Brains are and if Scott from Pokemon Emerald is going to be in it. What are the gyms going to look like and the inside the Frontier Battle Places. How do you transfer your pokemon from Pokemon Diamond or Pearl to Planitum?
