Pokemon Farming: Feebas

Tonight, Im handing out the Fish Pokemon, Feebas!
When this guy debuted in the RSE games, the method of obtaining him and evolving him was a unique one. It involved fishing the vast expanses of water on a certain route, checking each tile to see if you came across the special one containing Feebas (6 tiles out of some 400 had Feebas in them, I was lucky enough to find him my fourth try!) In D/P, you could find him in the same manner, in a lake in Mt Coronet with the Super Rod, but with only 4 tiles with Feebas in them, and then they change every day. He’s really really hard to find!
His uniqueness does not end there. Feebas itself is almost useless, it learns useless moves, but can learn a number of TMs unlike Magicarp. But like Magikarp, its evolution is so much more desirable. To get Feebas’s evolution you need to make him certain Poffins to max out his beauty and then level him up. These Poffins need to be made from Dry berries, like Wiki, Apicot, Pamtre, and Charti and make better values when you blend them with a friend! Shoot for Poffins 20+ of course the higher the number, the better! You can only feed him 12 Poffins, and thats it, if you didn’t max his beauty out by then, you never can! (I learned this the hard way!) Another thing that helps is you’re Feebas is for them to have certain nature, like Modest, Rash, Quiet, or Mild, that they prefer dry food.
Max his beauty, level him up, and you will have yourself the Lovely Milotic, a water type who is a formidable opponent, with a high Special Defense.
You’re in luck today, I’m handing out this very hard to find little bugger, to save you all from the hunt for it that would surely drive you insane! I will not hand out natures that ‘hate’ dry foods, I don’t want it to be any harder than it has to be!

The only emails you get are the activation email with your temporary password and, if you so desire, emails letting you know that you’ve received PMs or if there are certain threads you’re keeping an eye on, it’ll notify you if a new response has been posted in that particular thread. You can turn that feature off if you want. Beyond that, no emails.
