Looking for Darkrai?

It has just been revealed that participating Toys”R”Us stores will be holding a Darkrai event to coincide with the release of the DVD “Pokemon: The Rise of Darkrai”.
It has long been assumed that the event would occur at stores once the DVD was released in the US and now it has been confirmed.
The event will occur on May 31st and June 1st from noon to 4PM. No word on if this will be like the Manaphy event or if you will be getting the event trigger item to unlock Darkrai in your copy of Diamond or Pearl.

Oh man, finally! I’ve been keeping an eye out for any news on this for some time - I’ve been checking pokemon.com, what a useless site that is!! I should’ve known to check here sooner……either way, i can’t wait, I am definitely oging to be there! I got the Manaphy event, and I’m going to get this one too. I do kind of hope it’s the event item and not just the Pokemon, that’d at least make it a bit of a challenge, you know?

Yay! I just got my new car, and I’ve got the dates set in my phone. My special even manaphy has been quite lonely in his event pokemon box, so I think I will get him a Darkrai to play with too..
My husband is sooo going to make fun of me, but I don’t even care. I can’t wait! :D
