I do not battle/spar at all unless for site events.
I do not mind helping other users with trade evolutionSend as a gift and labelled as a trade evolution.
Shelmet and Karrablast excluded, unless you have both.
Then gift one over while set a trade with the other.

I usually have my dex completed, unless the tournament comes around.
I do free shiny/albino/melan dex trades only.
I just really prefer both to be online when they are done
and returned within 30 minutes with no collateral.
