Shortlinks Page Not Working

I wanted to keep my current team's clicklist on my bookmarks and struggled since it kept saying it was too long. So then I found out there's a shortlinks page, which seemed great. However, for some reason, the resulting clicklist only gets up to about 23 names (and cuts a 24th) without actually shortening the entire link. Even clicking the "get shortlink for this page" option rather than using the shortlink page gives me this error. I wanted to report this in case other people wanted to save their big clicklists but similarly the shortlink function wasn't working properly.
