pokémon for scours

Hello! i am trying to do scour missions with different pokemon but most of the time my pokemon bring back nothing even when they are at 100% energy and in their perferred area. how do i find good pokemon for scouring?

Outside of some specific Pokemon being able to find specific items, and fossil Pokemon finding more fossils, every Pokemon scours exactly the same! There isn't really such thing as a good Pokemon for scouring, it all comes down to having both the Scour Boosts and the bonus one you get from ranking up to give yourself the best chances. Even then sometimes the odds just aren't in your favour.
