i had a similar problem, the e-mail was in my junk e-mail folder for reasons unknown to me.

No, mine doesn’t either :( I thought maybe my password was wrong, but when I tried to get an email to remind me of it, the email never turned up! I thought maybe I had entered my email address wrong, but I have checked it several times! And I can’t open a new account because it says my email address has already been registered! I’m a bit stuck really … :( :(
