Pokemon Farming: Update

Oddish in the gardenI have been getting a lot of comments and emails from people asking me for Pokemon that have already been farmed out. I will be going back and offering the Gold, Silver and Crystal starters in the future but not just yet. In fact there WILL be a farming article posted on Friday June 8th.

Just hang in there, the Pokemon are coming!

PS: I am still doing the GTS bit with the Diamond and Pearl starters.

Pokemon Farming: Treeko

TreekoIt is time once again for Pokemon Farming! This time I present to you the grass starter from Ruby and Sapphire.

I have been breeding Treeko for a few days now so I have a sizable stock just waiting for new homes. I realize that Treeko is not as rare as the the G/S/C starters are but some of you may not have a Treeko.

Each Treeko will be holding a rare berry with an ID number above 30.

So, do you want one?

If you do you need only follow the following very simple rules:

    Rules

  • Have something to trade to me
  • Be in the Wi-Fi zone by 7:00PM EDT (New York Time)
  • Be ready

Pokemon Farming: Diamond and Pearl Starters

Pokemon Battle RevolutionYes, I know I have been a bit lax this week on my farming. I have been quite busy with other things. Because of my new found business I have been attempting to make up for this by using the GTS.

Every morning (and during the day) I check the GTS for the following Pokemon:

  • Bidoof
  • Shinx
  • Starly
  • Geodude
  • Zubat
  • Abra

Why do I check for these Pokemon? I do it because these six Pokemon are the ones you are most likely to catch within the first half hour of playing the game.

My aim, in looking for these Pokemon, is to trade the Diamond/Pearl starters away. I do this because many people are just getting their games going and they want to get all of the starters. If you do a search for the starters on GTS you often find people asking for Palkia and Dialga (level 100) and that is simply not a fair trade.

So, if you are looking for the starters you might find the ones I put up or you can take the easy method and post one of the above Pokemon and simply ask for one. If I do not get you one someone else probably will.

This Monday, June 4, I will be posting another farming article featuring a non-Diamond/Pearl starter Pokemon.
