Pokemon: Melanistic Deoxys named Olivia 
Appearance: Her body is now pretty much a Deoxys with hands, but she is constantly in pain. Her DNA is now being twisted slowly with every second, changed, modified again. Her body changes with forme. She HATES defense form though, she's all hunky. Her "health" has been very much boosted, and she's 6 IV.
Abilities:
[Forme Change] She can change from Normal to Attack to Defence to Speed Forme. She prefers Speed Forme, however.
[Change Your Life] With permission, she can modify DNA. It takes a lot of her energy, and she will sleep for an hour after doing so, give or take two hours depending on how much she modifies the DNA.
[Weakness Is Not In My DNA] During a battle, she can exchange her weaknesses for ONE other type weakness or she can get rid of them, but the weaknesses will be inflicted on a teammate.
[Types are Dumb - DNA can Change] She can change her type ONCE during a battle. She will not be able to do this again until the battle is over.
[I am From Space] She can fly if she is in Speed or Normal forme, but she cannot in Attack and especially Defense forme.
Personality:
[Jade] Her name is a sacred stone of fortune in China. She’s surprisingly lucky, and she has seen and caught many rare Pokemon. She is very quiet, and can sustain pain for a long time… she really needs this sustainability. She can somehow shield herself from reacting to emotions: her eyes still look normal, and no emotion is conveyed on her face.
[Olivia] She’s polite and direct at the same time, and she is very proud of being a 6 IV Melanistic Pokemon. The blue orb in her chest seems to glow. In any of her forms, she will help anyone in any way she can.
