From what I've tested, the highest percentage Pair I've been able to get was 69%! Got it with a few of my own but never got anything higher than that! If anyone has any Pairs they've made that are higher, please feel free to post them! I'll most likely edit this post with screenshots as proof! ^v^

I was also getting pretty high (83-84%) with Valenoir, Spritzkrow, and Shooting Star line if anyone wants to test those as well, but didn't include those because not max%.
